At Island Snax, we take pride in delivering authentic Jamaican products carefully packed and shipped with care. Because many of our items are food products, our return policy is structured to ensure product safety and quality for all customers

Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable items, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable items

  • Items returned due to taste preference

  • Items damaged after delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please email us at islandsnax@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Shipping & Delivery

Island Snax is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
